Day 1: Getting Set Up with HERO R3

Objectives:

• Understand the basics of the HERO board microcontroller.
• Learn how to set up the HERO board using a breadboard and connect it to a computer.
• Write and upload a simple code to make an LED blink using the Arduino IDE.
• Develop foundational skills in coding and electronics.

Materials Needed:

• HERO board microcontroller (or any similar boards. e.g. Arduino Uno R3)
• USB cable
• Breadboard
• LED
• Resistor (220 ohm)
• Jumper wires (Male to Male)
