The port and starboard taxi beacons should trade blinks, left then right, so anyone watching from outside knows which way you're pointed. Trouble is, you just pulled a fresh beacon unit out of the parts kit and it's nothing but loose components on the bench. The code's already loaded and correct, so this is a pure wiring job — lay it out and connect it up.
