The nav console is supposed to print "NAV LOCKED" to the cadet's screen twice a second, but it's crawling out one line every few seconds instead. Somebody left a bug in the control code, and now the readout looks half-asleep. You've got a mug of coffee going cold, so spot the bad line and set the timing straight.
